Rubber coating technology

ING TIEN Industry is the first automobile engine gasket manufacturer in Taiwan with high rubber coating technology. Such rubber coating materials have also undergone international inspection and certification (SGS & EU REACH).


 

Material characteristics

HR369: The material is NBR, and the heat resistance can be 150~180 degrees.
HR180: The material is the same as VITON. The heat resistance can exceed 200 degrees for 500 hours.


Gasket type

In order to meet the different requirements of the operating environment of various gaskets, three types of gaskets are used as various gaskets in different operating environments:

STOPPER Type Gaskets

It is located between the composite iron plates around the steel diameter, which can provide high sealing performance when the engine is vibrated; this gasket is suitable for installation in a small space around the combustion chamber.

 
BEAD Type Gaskets

Surface coating
